Mokhtari to play at Colorado College

Mokhtari-mugPlaying in one of the toughest conferences in NCAA hockey, Colorado College has bolstered its lineup with more and more BCHL talent.

The latest name to join the ranks of recruited players to the Tigers is Victoria Grizzlies forward Keyvan Mokhtari, who is committed for the 2018-19 season.

Mokhtari authored 19 goals and 17 assists for 36 points this season despite missing time in December and January with injury. He is widely recognized as one of the fastest skaters in the BCHL.

He is also one of six current BCHLers committed to Colorado College along with Connor Sundquist, Chad Sasaki, Troy Conzo, Jimmy O’Brien and AJ Vanderbeck.

The Tigers current roster features BCHL alums Cole McCaskill, Kade Kehoe, Nick Halloran, Andrew Farny, Matt Hansen, and Kristian Blumenschein.

Colorado College is located in Colorado Springs and the Tigers compete in the National Collegiate Hockey Conference (NCHC) where there league rivals are North Dakota, Miami-Ohio, Denver, Western Michigan, Nebraska-Omaha, St. Cloud State and Minnesota-Duluth.
