The NCAA Frozen Four in Tampa Bay, Fla. is underway and BCHL alums are in the spotlight as they try to lead their respective teams to the national title.

Toews had three assists and St. Denis scored the game winner in the team’s first-round matchup against RIT. Davidson is on a three-game goal-scoring streak and St. Denis has points in five straight.

NORTH DAKOTA (Troy Stecher – Penticton Vees)
vs. DENVER (Adam Plant – West Kelowna Warriors, Danton Heinen – Surrey Eagles (Boston Bruins draft pick), Jarid Lukosevicius – Powell River Kings)
Stecher had an assist in North Dakota’s 5-2 win over Michigan during their showdown in the quarterfinals. He has eight goals and 28 points in 41 games this season and is one of the top NCAA free agents in the Frozen Four.
Heinen, a Boston Bruins draft pick, has a goals and five assists in the tournament and set up his team’s last two game-winners. Lukosevicius also drew an assist on the game-winner against Boston University in the first round.
