As the march to the NCAA Frozen Four gets going, TSN has added five more television broadcasts in the month of January.
The six televised games in the next six weeks are:
- Fri., Jan. 11 – Vermont at Massachusetts (TSN2, 4 p.m. PT)
- Sat., Jan. 12 – Colorado College at North Dakota (TSN, 5 p.m. PT)
- Mon., Jan. 21 – Merrimack at Boston University (TSN, 1 p.m. PT)
- Fri., Jan. 25 – Northeastern at Providence (TSN, 4 p.m. PT)
- Sat., Jan. 26 – St. Cloud State at North Dakota (TSN, 5 p.m. PT)
In those five games alone, the teams included have 35 BCHL alumni among them.
These broadcasts are in addition to the 47 games that will be broadcast on either the TSN website, Big Ten Network and CBS Sports Network.
Also being featured on the Canadian TV schedule are Colorado Avalanche first-round pick Cale Makar (Massachusetts), Ottawa Senators first-rounder Jacob Bernard-Docker, Canadian World Junior team members Shane Bowers and Dante Fabbro (Boston University) as well as Senators second-round pick and Penticton Vees alum Jonny Tychonick.
