1st Star – Dmitrijs Dilevka (F) – Brooks Bandits

Dilevka averaged three points per game last week, finishing with two goals, four assists and six points in a pair of Bandits wins.

On Friday night in a home matchup with the Okotoks Oilers, the Latvian forward piled up a goal and four assists for his first ever five-point outing in the BCHL. His goal came on a first period man advantage, while one of his helpers also came on the power play. The following night, he scored the tying goal in the third period of his team’s 4-2 comeback win against the Vernon Vipers.

On the season, Dilevka has 12 goals, 17 assists and 29 points in 37 contests.

2nd Star – Zachary Benayon (F) – Langley Rivermen

Benayon collected six points in three games over the weekend on four goals and two assists as the Rivermen went 2-1-0.

After being held off the score sheet in Friday’s home loss to the Chilliwack Chiefs, the Long Island University commit registered his first career BCHL hat trick, while adding an assist for a four-point night, in Langley’s 9-6 win over the Surrey Eagles on Saturday. The following day, Benayon picked up a goal and an assist, including the game-winner with 1:59 to play in regulation, in his team’s 3-2 road victory in a rematch against the Chiefs.

The Vaughan, Ont. product leads the league with 35 goals in 52 games, while his 67 points are tied for fourth.

3rd Star – Nico Grabas (F) – Chilliwack Chiefs

Grabas notched two points in each of his three of his games last week, finishing with three goals and three assists.

On Friday, the Chiefs captain had a pair of assists in a 4-2 road win against the Langley Rivermen. A night later, Grabas scored once and added a helper in a 6-3 victory over the Alberni Valley Bulldogs. He wrapped up his week with a two-goal performance in a losing effort on Sunday as the Chiefs dropped a 3-2 decision to Langley.

The Burnaby B.C. native is currently the BCHL’s leading scorer with 74 points in 48 games, while his 30 goals are tied for fourth most in the league and his 44 assists also rank fourth.
