Surrey Eagles defenceman Ludvig Adamsen has had a holiday break like no other player in the BCHL.
In fact, it hasn’t been a break at all.
The Copenhagen, Denmark product has spent the last couple of weeks in Helsinki, Finland with his Denmark teammates and together they’ve advanced to the quarter-finals of the World Junior hockey championships.
Adamsen’s play has drawn the attention of the media in Denmark as well. A feature story ran on the Danish hockey site Faceoff Online.

Denmark, with a record of 1-3 including a win over Switzerland, finished fourth in Group A which earns them a spot in the tournament quarterfinals. They will play Russia, who finished first in Group B.
