Press Release For Immediate Release Friday, August 19th, 2005 (Powell River) – The Powell River Kings are pleased to announce Scott Emery as the team's new Trainer and Equipment Manager. Emery, who hails from Abbotsford, graduated with distinction in May with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria. Emery, a certified Fitness Consultant, Personal Trainer, and Strength and Conditioning Specialist, has been involved in a variety of sports, and is a certified level II coach in Rugby, Soccer, Hockey, Swimming and Golf. Emery will arrive in town just in time for the Kings Training Camp, which begins on Monday, August 22.
