Vernon Vipers forward Deagan McMillan, Trail Smoke Eaters forward Christian Kim and West Kelowna Warriors forward Dylan Krayer have been named the NAPA Auto Parts 3 Stars of the Week.

1st Star – Deagan McMillan (F) – Vernon Vipers

McMillan totaled five goals, one assist and six points in three games last week.

The 21-year-old forward returned from injury last Wednesday after missing over six weeks due to injury. In his first game back, he registered a hat trick, with two of his goals coming on the power play, in a 4-3 overtime loss to the Spruce Grove Saints. McMillan scored another two goals on Friday in a 5-4 victory over the Sherwood Park Crusaders where he was named first star of the game. He wrapped up his week with a highlight-reel assist on Saturday in a 3-2 win against the Blackfalds Bulldogs, helping the Vipers secure five of six points on their Alberta road trip.

Despite his long injury layoff, McMillan leads the Vipers with 16 goals and is fourth in points with 27 in 27 contests.

2nd Star – Christian Kim (F) – Trail Smoke Eaters

Kim had two goals and three assists for five points in a pair of games last week.

The fourth-year BCHL veteran scored the first goal of the game on Wednesday in a 2-1 road win over the Cranbrook Bucks. On Friday, Kim tallied four points with a goal and three helpers to guide Trail to a 6-4 win over the division leading West Kelowna Warriors. The Torrance, Calif. product had three assists in the first period, then scored his 14th goal of the season in the middle frame.

Kim has 45 points in 37 games this season, tied for 11th most in the BCHL.

3rd Star – Dylan Krayer (F) – West Kelowna Warriors

Krayer picked up five points in two games over the weekend, scoring twice and chipping in with a trio of helpers.

The Arizona State University commit scored twice on Friday night, helping the Warriors draw even after falling behind 3-0 in an eventual 6-4 road loss to the Trail Smoke Eaters. On Saturday, in the home half of a back-to-back with the Smokies, Krayer notched three assists, two of which came with the man advantage, in a 5-4 West Kelowna win.

On the season, the 2007-born forward has 19 goals, 26 assists and 45 points in 39 games.
