More NCAA awards for BCHL grads

The holiday break did nothing to interrupt the fine work being done in NCAA hockey by several BCHL grads.

Chilliwack Chiefs alum Aidan Pelino of Bentley University was named the Atlantic Hockey Association goalie of the month while his teammate and former Trail Smoke Eaters standout Luke Santerno was named the conference’s rookie of the month.

Pelino won all three of his starts making 30 or more saves each game. Santerno scored in each of the contests and racked up six point in the process.
