Nanaimo Clippers forward Sheldon Rempal has been named the BCHL’s Player of the Week for the week ending April 3, the league announced Monday.
Rempal scored three goals and an assist in two games, as he helped the Clippers defeat the West Kelowna Warriors, 4-1 in their second game of Round 3. Nanaimo needs two more wins to advance to the Fred Page Cup Finals. Rempal was also named 3rd Star in their 4-1 loss to the Chilliwack Chiefs on Saturday.
