Galajda stopped 86 of 89 shots while picking up a win and a shutout as the Grizzlies split the first two games of the Island finals against Powell River. The native of Aurora, Ont. stopped 56 shots in a 3-2 overtime loss in Game 1 and came back to make all 30 saves in a 4-0 victory in Game 2 where he was named 1st Star.
The 6-foot-1, 190-pound netminder had a .966 save percentage in the two games and a 1.26 goals-against average for the weekend.
