Bouillon, Urbani and Point Named CJHL 3 Stars for February 2016

CALGARY, Alberta (February 9, 2016) – The Gongshow CJHL 3 Stars for the month of February 2016 are Marc-Antoine Bouillon (Terrebonne Cobras, QJHL), Daniel Urbani (Trenton Golden Hawks, OJHL) and Colton Point (Carleton Place Canadians, CCHL).

 1st STAR – MARC-ANTOINE BOUILLON, F, Terrebonne Cobras, QJHL (10 GP, 13 G, 19 A, 32 PTS, 3.20 PPG)

 The QJHL nomine for Player of the Month for February is forward Marc-Antoine Bouillon of the Terrebonne Cobras. Bouillon of the Terrebonne Cobras was the QJHL offensive Player of the Month for February 2016. The forward had an excellent month compiling an excellent record of 13 goals, 19 assists and 32 points in 10 games.  He also was a plus-minus of +10 for his team.

 2nd STAR – DANIEL URBANI, G, Trenton Golden Hawks, OJHL (7g – 7w – 0L – 0SOL – .933% – 1.42gaa – 1SO)

 Daniel Urbani of the Trenton Golden Hawks has won the Goaltender-of-the-Month honours for the second time this season, along with being named runner-up in October. Urbani’s tremendous season continues entering the post-season as he reeled-off eight consecutive victories, including seven in February. Allowing just 10 goals against, Urbani recorded a scintillating 1.42 goals against average, tops among all netminders in February, along with a .933 save percentage and a perfect 7-0-0 record in leading Trenton to the OJHL Regular Season Championship.  Highlights of the month, include four of the seven wins over North-East Conference contenders the Kingston Voyageurs and Markham Royals, and an 18 save, 4-0 shutout over the Whitby Fury.

 3rd STAR – COLTON POINT, G, Carleton Place Canadians, CCHL (7g – 6w – 0L – 0OTL – 1SOL – .949% – 1.52gaa – 2SO)              

 The CCHL nominee for February Player of the Month is goaltender Colton Point of the Carleton Place Canadians. The Canadians net-minder went undefeated with a 6-0-0-1 record in February which helped keep Carleton Place at the top of the CCHL standings. The North Bay, ON native posted an outstanding 1.52 Goals Against and stellar .949 Save Percentage including two shutouts.
