The 19-year-old from Sherbrooke, Que. notched three goals and five assists for eight points in three road games last week.
After being held off the scoresheet in a 2-1 loss on Wednesday to the Coquitlam Express, Tellier broke out against the West Kelowna Warriors on Friday with a career-high six-point performance in a 7-3 win. He scored the team’s sixth goal of the game in the third period, added five assists and was named first star of the game.
Tellier stayed hot on Saturday, scoring two goals against his former team the Wenatchee Wild in a 4-3 overtime loss where he was named FortisBC Energy Player of the Game.
After his huge week, Tellier has climbed into fourth in league scoring with 53 points in 45 games and is now tied for the second-most goals in the BCHL with 24.
