This week, we catch up with another pair of BCHL alums having great seasons in the NCAA.
First up, we are joined by University of North Dakota forward and Wenatchee Wild alum Jasper Weatherby. The 23-year-old San Jose Sharks draft pick is a former BCHL leading scorer and MVP and is coming off a four-point weekend in a series sweep over the University of Denver and an NCHC Player of the Week honour. He also recently announced his involvement in the College Hockey for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee.
After that, we speak with former Penticton Vees captain and current Bemidji State University junior Owen Sillinger. Sillinger talks about his three years in Penticton, playing alongside is brother Lukas and his college career so far.
