On the newest edition of the BCHL Podcasts, we talk with:
Ryan Donald (Cranbrook Bucks)
Greg Lapointe (Coquitlam Express)
Matthew Stienburg (West Kelowna Warriors)
Donald is the head coach and general manager of the expansion Bucks and he tells us about his team’s first win last weekend, the extended training camp and his experience coaching and playing and Yale University.
Lapointe currently leads the BCHL preseason in scoring with 15 points in just five games. He’s back for his second year with the Express after leading all rookies in points last year and being named to the All-Rookie Team and as well as a Second-Team All-Star.
Stienburg is a 2019 Colorado Avalanche third-round draft pick and is coming off his freshman season at Cornell University. With no start date for the NCAA season, he decided to come out west to play in the BCHL until college hockey resumes.
