Conway takes POW honours

Penticton Vees forward Scott Conway has been named BCHL Player of the Week for the week ending March 20, the league announced Monday.

Conway led all BCHL players in scoring through the first two games of Round 2 with four goals and one assist. He led the Vees to a pair of wins against the West Kelowna Warriors to open up the Interior Division finals. The Basingstoke, England native scored the game-winning goal in both Games 1 and 2, the latter being in overtime. He was named 2nd star in Game 1 and 1st Star in Game 2.
