Greenfield earns POW nod

West Kelowna Warriors goaltender Matthew Greenfield has been named the BCHL’s Player of the Week for the week ending March 27, the league announced Tuesday.

Greenfield backstopped the Warriors to four wins, erasing a 2-0 deficit to eliminate the league’s best regular season team, the Penticton Vees. Greenfield went 4-0 with one shutout, stopping 117 of 122 shots while posting a .959 save percentage and 1.66 GAA. He was named 2nd star in Game 3, 3rd star in Game 5 and 1st star in Games 4 and 6.
