The Smoke Eaters handed out their year-end player awards at a banquet Wednesday Trail. Graduating 20 year-olds Erik Cooper, Clayton McEwan and rookie goaltender Lyndon Stanwood each picked up multiple awards, with Adam Wheeldon, Brent Baltus and Garrett McMullen also honoured.
Cooper and McEwan were also presented with their game-worn away jerseys along with other mementoes as commemoration of their 20 year-old seasons.
