The BCHL and LNG Canada have teamed up to recognize an unsung hero from the league each month. The BCHL Volunteer Award presented by LNG Canada is an honour given to a volunteer involved with the BCHL or one of its 17 teams who exemplifies what community spirit is all about.
“We believe that communities thrive when citizens volunteer their time,” said Susannah Pierce, Director Corporate Affairs with LNG Canada. “Because of this, LNG Canada is partnering with the BC Hockey League to present the Volunteer Award, which we will award to a team or league volunteer that demonstrates dedication to their team, the league or the sport.”
