Coach Yopyk in the clink but for good causes

Westside Warriors head coach and general manager Darren Yopyk is an upstanding citizen, but the cops say someone has filed a charge against the Princeton graduate.

After being charged with “sending Canadian-born hockey players to U.S. Colleges”, Yopyk was be arrested by the Keystone Cops Wednesday morning at 9 a.m. in conjunction with the Westbank Kinsmen Jail-N-Bail.

The Warriors bench boss will be put before a “Judge” and spend time in “Jail” raising “Bail” for donations to Cystic Fibrosis Canada, Cops for Kids and other local Kinsmen supported charitable organizations.

Yopyk will be incarcerated in a mock jail cell outside of Bylands Nursery after the Judge has set his bail amount. It is up to the Westside Warriors fans to help him make his bail amount and set him free.
