This week is a special one for the BC Hockey League's 16 teams and their players, staff and volunteers. From November 24th to 30th, each organization will be raising funds for BC Children's Hospital at one of their home games.
The BCHL and its teams are aiming to raise $16,000 during the week, which will be the first of two to be held this season.
As part of the campaign, teams will be donating $1 from each ticket sold to their chosen game. Teams will also be holding a number of special fundraising initiatives in their arena and community.
Check back often this week as we document some of the ways that BCHL teams are joining together to benefit an exceptional cause.
