Nolan Graham announced as Bulldogs’ Head Coach and GM

The Alberni Valley Bulldogs have signed Nolan Graham to a three-year contract to become their new Head Coach and General Manager, the club has announced.

Graham joins the Bulldogs organization after three years as an assistant coach with the Nanaimo Clippers. During his time in Nanaimo, the Clippers went to the BCHL Finals and were crowned Fred Page Cup Champions in 2007.

Graham's playing career includes four years at NCAA Division I Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, where he earned a Business Degree with a minor in psychology.

Graham went on to play three years of minor pro hockey after graduating from RPI before beginning his coaching career.

“Nolan will be a great fit for the community of Port Alberni and the Bulldogs organization,” Alberni Valley Bulldogs president Andy Oakes says. “His energy, professionalism and desire to succeed are going to take this organization to the next level and be what all of the fans, season ticket holders and corporate sponsors want us to be.”
